Our Approach
At HEMAC Aesthetic & Skin, every treatment begins with a consultation. Dr Sherrie Chew assesses your skin, listens to your concerns, and designs a treatment plan that is right for your skin type, goals, and budget — with complete transparency before any procedure begins.
We welcome patients of all skin types and are experienced in caring for diverse and darker skin tones. Your assessment and recommended plan are discussed openly, with no pressure to commit on the day.
Aesthetic treatment pricing varies by treatment type, number of sessions required, and the individual plan Dr Sherrie designs for you. The consultation is where pricing is discussed and confirmed — all pricing is provided directly by the clinic at this stage.
Flexible Payment Options
Spread the cost of your treatment over time — ask us about Buy Now Pay Later options when you book your consultation or call the clinic.
Booking Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an aesthetic or allied health appointment. Late cancellations — where sufficient notice is not provided — may incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations are to be made via our website using HotDoc online booking. If you are unable to access HotDoc, please contact the clinic by phone at (03) 9078 9997 as early as possible.
